Refunds will only be an exchange of MP3's or Cd Set if there is an issue with a defective product or failure of a down load. If there is a down load failure the link will be reset allowing for an additional set of down loads. In the event of a defective Cd or Cd Set we will replace the Cd Set at our expense including postage. This will be at our discretion. There will be no refunds for any other reason, except replacement as described above.
